About the service

Do you know what risks are hidden in your current contracts? Most businesses don't - because contracts were signed at different times, with different lawyers, from templates of different origins. As a result, the portfolio is full of "mines": critical points, expired deadlines, contradictions between contracts.

Portfolio audit is not 'checking everyone', but a structured approach: inventory, classification, deep-dive on critical ones, correction plan with priorities. Work from 2,000 ₴/hour: typical volume 8-20 hours depending on the number of contracts - from 15,000 to 80,000 ₴.

What do you get?

A structured report on the status of your contract portfolio: all active contracts are classified by risk category (critical / medium / low), strong and weak positions are identified, a correction plan is drawn up with priorities and costs. Readiness for due diligence, business sale or serious litigation.

  • Inventory and classification of all current contracts
  • Risk rating of each contract (red/yellow/green)
  • Detailed analysis of critical contracts
  • Correction plan: what to rearrange, what to change, what to monitor
  • Recommendations for the templateization of future contracts

How it works

We get access to all active contracts through a secure channel. We make an inventory - often companies themselves do not know how many and which contracts they have active. We classify them by categories: critical (large amount, long term, complex side), medium, formal.

We analyze critical contracts in detail - risk analysis, identification of weak points, search for contradictions between contracts (often companies sign clauses that conflict with each other). We prepare a report with priorities: what to renegotiate immediately, what to finalize during the next rotation, what to monitor.

A separate value is recommendations for templateization of future contracts. After the audit, you receive a set of clean templates for typical agreements of your business - this dramatically reduces the legal cost of current operating activities.

When is it the right choice?

Contact us before M&A or due diligence (the investor will check the portfolio - it's better to know the weak points in advance); when rotating a lawyer or accountant; before a serious lawsuit (understand what contracts protect you); when preparing to attract an investor; once every 2-3 years as a health check.

Do not apply if you have 2-3 simple contracts - then a spot check of each is enough. An audit makes sense for 10+ contracts. Upon request, we will show you whether the service is justified for your volume.

Who needs this service?

Preparing for M&A

An investor or buyer will check the portfolio - it is better to know the weaknesses before them.

Attraction of investments

Before an investment round, a 'clean' portfolio is critical for valuation and entry conditions.

Changing a lawyer or accountant

Transfer of cases between specialists - audit closes the 'white spots' of document flow.

Preparing for a dispute

Before a serious legal conflict, it is important to know which contracts protect you and which do not.

Sanitary inspection

Once every 2-3 years - so that the portfolio does not accumulate toxic items in current contracts.

Frequently asked questions

01 How long will a portfolio audit take?

Depends on the number and complexity of contracts. Up to 10 contracts - 1 working week. Up to 50 - 2-3 weeks. More - up to a month and longer. We will estimate the volume and indicate the term during the incoming call.

02 Is it safe to transfer all contracts?

Yes. We sign an NDA before the audit starts, we use a secure channel for file transfer. Information from contracts does not go beyond the team working on the project. Attorney-client privilege by default.

03 What will I get at the end - an oral report or a document?

A written, structured document with conclusions, risk rating of each critical contract, remediation plan and priorities. The report can be shown to an investor, bank or new lawyer as evidence of the health of the portfolio.

04 Can only 'critical' contracts be ordered?

Yes - if you know which ones are critical. Then it is more like a package of spot checks (service 9977). The audit is valuable precisely because we identify critical ones from the entire portfolio - often the business 'does not know what it does not know'.

05 What about post-audit corrections?

Corrections are a separate service, because the scope is unknown until the audit is completed. After the report, we agree on priorities, draw up a plan with the cost of each correction. Often, renegotiating 5-10 key contracts pays off many times over.

06 Can the audit be repeated after a year?

Yes, and a re-audit is much cheaper: we already have a basic structure and classification - we only check new or amended contracts. Approximately 30-50% of the first audit.
