Our fee policy is transparent and described in advance. Below are the minimum rates for our work in Kyiv: how much does a lawyer's consultation, court proceedings, and individual procedural documents cost. This way, you can estimate the order of the figures even before you apply.

Transparent and in advance.
The system of payment of our lawyers is traditional and is considered the most common in legal practice. The remuneration consists of three components - and you can see each of them in advance.
In industries where the scope of work is standardized - business registration, accounting services, etc. - the cost is determined in advance by a fixed amount. You can see the exact price for such work on the pages of the relevant services.
The fee policy for legal services is formed according to established standards, described below. We provide minimum fee rates - a guideline that helps you understand the order of the figures even before applying.
From what a fee is charged.
Prepayment
Payment for starting work: familiarization with the circumstances, study of documents, consultation and formation of a legal position.
Participation in the meeting
Preparing for the hearing, writing procedural documents for the meeting, participating in the meeting itself, and traveling to court.
Success fee
Reward for the achieved result. Paid separately after the court decision in favor of the client at each instance.
Minimal ставки.
Advance payment for starting work
First payment upon conclusion of the contract. Covers familiarization with the case, study of documents, consultation and formation of a legal position. Does not depend on the complexity of the case or its volume.
- + 1,000 ₴ for every next 20 pages of work over 50.
- + 3,000 ₴ for each lawyer request within an active case (evidence collection, preparation). Separate lawyer request - from 4,400 ₴.
- + 2 ₴ for each page of copies of documents in the case exceeding 100.
Participation in a court hearing
Covers preparation for the hearing, writing procedural documents for the hearing, attending the hearing, and travel to and from court. Paid for each hearing.
- Meetings outside the city of Kyiv - transportation costs are paid separately according to approved rules.
Success fee
The amount that the client pays when the desired result is achieved. It is paid separately after the court decision is announced in the client's favor - for each instance through which the case passes.

The starting rate depends on the direction of the case - below are the approximate minimum rates for the main directions. We will announce the exact cost after assessing your situation on the day of the application.
Civil lawyer
Real estate disputes, damages, contractual and other civil disputes.
Family lawyer: divorce and alimony
Divorce, collection and modification of alimony, division of marital property, disputes about children.
Criminal lawyer
Protection of rights during pre-trial investigation and in court, appealing the actions of the investigator, participation in investigative actions.
Lawyer in tax disputes
Appealing tax notices, inspection reports, blocking tax invoices, and removing them from risky ones.
Lawyer for business: corporate and contractual disputes
Corporate conflicts, contractual work, support of agreements and protection of the company's interests in court.
Debt collection
Recovery of debts from counterparties, sole proprietors and LLCs, support of enforcement proceedings.
Appeal and cassation.
Each instance is paid separately. The cost of an appeal or cassation complaint depends on whether we have handled your case before.
The lawyer's participation at the appeal stage is paid separately - 75% of the preliminary fee for the case.
The lawyer's participation at the cassation stage is paid separately - 150% of the previous payment for the case.
If you apply immediately at the appeal stage
When the case in the first instance was handled by another lawyer, we study the materials from scratch: the court decision, evidence, procedural errors made. Therefore, the cost of the appeal is calculated not as a percentage, but directly from the full starting rate.
- The rate covers the study of the case materials, assessment of the prospects of the appeal, and drafting of the appeal.
- Participation in the appellate court hearings and the success fee are paid separately at the general rates.
- A cassation appeal for a new client is assessed after reviewing the materials: the amount of work depends on what happened in previous instances.
Can be ordered separately.
Not every case requires full support. A separate consultation with an attorney or legal professional and a lawyer's request can be ordered for a fixed price in advance.
- If after the consultation you conclude a contract for the management of the case, its cost is included in the advance payment.

01 How much does a consultation with a lawyer or attorney cost?
Full consultation - from 3,000 ₴ (oral in the office or online): analysis of your situation, assessment of prospects and legal position. If you then conclude a contract for conducting the case, the cost of the consultation is included in the advance payment.
02 How much does a lawyer's request cost?
Separate lawyer request - from 4,400 ₴ for one request. It helps to officially obtain documents and information from state bodies, banks and enterprises. More details - on the "Lawyer Request" service page.
03 How much does it cost to prepare a claim?
Drafting a statement of claim is included in the initial payment for starting work (from 20,000 UAH in civil cases) - there is no need to pay separately for the document.
04 How much does an appeal cost?
It depends on who conducted the case in the first instance. If we conducted it - participation in the appeal costs 75% of your previous payment. If you apply immediately at the appeal stage, the cost is calculated from the full starting rate of the direction: from 25,000 ₴ in a civil case, from 8,000 ₴ in a family case, from 30,000 ₴ in a criminal or commercial case. The rate covers the study of materials, assessment of the prospects of the appeal and drafting the complaint itself; the meeting and success fee - separately.
05 How much does an hour of lawyer work cost?
The agency does not work on an hourly rate, but on a transparent structure: upfront payment + payment for each meeting + success fee. You see all the components in advance, without a "time counter".
06 How much do lawyer services cost in a criminal case?
The initial fee for starting work on a criminal case is from 30,000 UAH. It covers familiarization with the case, formation of a defense position and entry into the case; participation in investigative actions, meetings and a success fee are paid separately according to the same transparent structure.
07 How much does a lawyer cost in a civil case?
Starting in civil cases - from 25,000 ₴ (advance payment for starting work). Then - payment for each court session (from 3,000 ₴) and a success fee after a decision in your favor. Drafting a statement of claim is included in the advance payment.
08 How much does a lawyer cost for divorce and alimony?
Family cases - divorce, collection and change of alimony, division of property - have a separate, lower starting price: from 8,000 UAH. The exact cost depends on whether there is a dispute about children, property, or objections from the other party.
09 What does the cost of a lawyer's services depend on?
First of all, it depends on the direction of the case (civil, criminal, family, tax, business), its complexity and scope of work, the number of court hearings and instances. The rates on this page are the minimum starting amounts; we will announce the exact amount after assessing your situation.
10 Is the first consultation free?
A full consultation is paid, from 3,000 ₴: this is a complete analysis of the situation, assessment of prospects and legal position. If after it you conclude a contract for conducting the case, the cost of the consultation is included in the advance payment.
